We ship quickly and reliably to virtually any place in the world, including APO/FPO addresses.
Payments: All payment made by credit card, bank draft, wires must be cleared by financial institution before services or product can be released for delivery.
Billing Address: Billing address including country code and phone number should match the information on your credit card statement.
Shipping Address: To ensure reliable and expedient delivery, please provide your full shipping address (including street address, city, postal code and country) and telephone number during the checkout process.
Shipping Methods: All orders are normally shipped via UPS, US Postal Service, FEDX or DHL for international shipments. For APO addresses you must select 'USPS Priority Mail' shipping method and indicate United States in the shipping country. Tracking information for your order will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout. We reserve the right to choose a different shipping method to ensure proper fulfillment of orders.
Handling Time: We normally ship or fulfill domestic orders within 3—5 business days, and international customers’ orders within 10-15 days after payment is cleared and verified by financial institution, unless specified otherwise.

Intangible products: Such products as airtime refills, PIN-codes, etc. are delivered or rendered electronically or by email, so no shipping or handling fees are charged on such orders.
Customs Clearance: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties or restrictions of the country to which your order ships, Ex-Works. New York Mobile Satellite is not responsible for any of such fees and duties or delays in customs clearance.
We at New York Mobile Satellite are proud to offer products and services which we have trust in. However, in the rare case of a product or service being defective, please carefully read our rules for warranty and returns.
Warranty: Most of accessories and equipment sold by New York Mobile Satellite are covered by Manufacturer Warranty. Worldwide warranty on all parts and labor. Other (except for batteries) products normally have one-year warranty. All rechargeable batteries have a 90-day warranty. All return merchandise, include content must be return in its original package.
Returns: Should you discover any problem with a product sold by New York Mobile Satellite, we suggest you contact our office for a return authorization number (ROA) before sending any product back - we may be able to solve your problem. The ROA must be clearly written on the shipping box.
Should your product arrive DOA (dead-on-arrival), you may return the item within 15 days for a full refund (less the shipping costs and any additional costs incurred by you when receiving or returning the product). The refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the merchandise.
If your product is found faulty within the warranty period, we, at our discretion, will grant you a refund (less the shipping costs and any additional costs incurred by you when receiving or returning the shipment) or replace the faulty product.
Before returning faulty items, make sure you have included: 1) a warranty certificate and a sales receipt, 2) a note with description of the fault, 3) your full name and contact details. Failure to supply this information may delay your replacement or warranty service.
Products found to be tampered with shall not be accepted, refunded or replaced. Such products can however be repaired and returned at customer's expense.
Cancellations: If you just don't like your purchase and want to return it, we may accept it in the original condition within 30 days after purchase, but a 40% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be debited from your refund. You must contact us to obtain a return approval before sending any items back. The refund can be issued after we receive and inspect the merchandise.
NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE items are: 1) SIM-cards removed from the plastic casing OR activated, 2) airtime vouchers deposited to a prepaid account.
